Last Term, Kahikatea went to camp to Teapot Valley all the way in Nelson! and it was such a long Ferry ride. Everyone in Kahikatea had to wake up early and drive to the Ferry Terminal and say goodbye to our parents and wait to board the Inter islander. It was every long three hours until we got to Picton and then another really long bus ride all they way to Teapot Valley, I felt very exhausted once I got there, but I was very very excited to see the Cabins and try out the Activities. Our whole Cabin group got their bags and pillows and set up their bed and where to sleep. After that was free time and we had lots of fun even with out all the fun activities.
The next day, we went on a dreading, painful walk, It was 4 hours! and we walked 12ks. But the walk was all worth it . And there was also a beautiful beach that we swam in at the end
